I’m extremely happy to be working with Allison. I finally feel heard and accepted, she listens to me and offers non-judgemental advice, she cares about my feedback and collaborates with me to figure out what works best. I’m grateful to have her support in such a hard time in my life. Highly recommend!

Allison Grace is WONDERFUL! I've worked with her for over a year now on Pride Counseling and she is super helpful and understanding. I'm especially thankful that we are both business owners and I can bounce work questions off of her and she gets what I'm saying. 10/10 would recommend.

Allison has done a wonderful job of remaining neutral in our couples counseling sessions. She doesn’t take sides or make a judgement about who is right or who is wrong. She has largely just helped to reframe what both of us are trying to say and make it make sense to the other person. She validates both of our perspectives and helps to communicate those perspectives. I think that with her help my partner and I were able to make progress and come to a much more peaceful place In our relationship fairly quickly. As a bonus, she has a really fun sense of humor and I know my partner and I both always felt heard and respected and left all of our appointments with Alison in a better mood. I have recommended her to another couple that is struggling but one of the people in that partnership didn’t see the value in counseling, so now he’s dealing with the broken heart of separation as the partner decided the communication barriers between them were insurmountable without counseling. I am grateful that I have a partner who is open to counseling and that Alison has been such a productive facilitator for us. Four thumbs up! Would recommend.

Allison really helped us gain a deeper insight into the reasons why we were struggling to communicate and provided tools for us to communicate more effectively.

I can't recommend Allison Grace strongly enough, she is amazing! She is so helpful, such a great listener, and so insightful. I never feel judged and feel as though I can tell her anything.

Ally is absolutely phenomenal. I was a little hesitant to make the switch to online therapy, but overall its been a great decision. She's been by my side since September and I really appreciate how open our communication is. I've been able to put more focus on my mental health and have a more balanced outlook.
